Interactive Dance & Movement Workshop

Description: A contemporary dance workshop that focuses on body movement and mind body connection. Students will learn how to choreograph a dance piece and will work on improvising.

Cardio Dance
An integrated dance/movement class that empowers students and teachers to make their own movement choices by offering students a flexible structure. This class is designed to encourage participants to put their own energy level, ability and style into the moves in a non-intimidating and fun environment. All movements can be personally modify and preformed at different levels of intensity to suit each individual’s needs.
Class is offered on Monday and Wednesday at 11:05am
Inten Sati
IntenSati is a revolutionary workout fusing high-energy aerobics, martial arts, dance, yoga, and strength conditioning.
