Thanks for checking out our Club. Considering that it’s July, the weather is nice, and people are bringing their fitness pursuits outdoors, I’m glad you’re taking a moment to see the many opportunities we can provide during the summer months. One word that comes to mind is “gazillion.”
No matter what your interests, I’m positive we can enhance your experience and support your ambitions. As we like to say, we have a gazillion reasons to enjoy being a Member. For starters, taking a break from the searing July heat is always a good idea, but you may still feel the need to hammer down on the pedals. Our indoor cycling classes and Instructors can challenge everyone from the novice to the competitive cyclist.
Need a little variety to keep you engaged? Choose from our seemingly endless Group Exercise menu. From weight lifting to dance-based programs, there’s no reason fitness can’t be enjoyable. We also have the area’s top Personal Trainers to help keep you motivated, or take advantage of our functional training area to maintain your focus.
Feeling like you’ve reached a plateau, are over-trained or just need a rest? Re-energize with a massage or connect your mind and body through a yoga or Pilates session.
If you’re still searching for an athletic club, we’re offering free access from July 1-8. You’ll appreciate the difference when you experience our facility and amenities firsthand. Enjoy the week and we hope to see you again.

After all, it is summertime and we want to improve lives not only through fitness, wellness and sports, but also fun.
